Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.
- Unboxing video and clear images may be required for verification.
Refunds
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- Approved return cases will receive Store Credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- A flat ₹250 exchange fee will be charged for pickup and re-shipping.
