At Sarah Denim, we strive to provide premium quality denim products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues after order confirmation

  • Minor color variations due to lighting

  • Used or washed products

  • Customised or altered products

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing
